KIS Payments was formed when a few colleagues working in the payment processing industry—Michael, Jenn and Rick—recognized that Canadian merchants were being overcharged and under-serviced. Businesses were demanding simple payments and clear value in their payment processing, and so that’s what the KIS Payments founders set out to deliver!

Whether you are a food truck looking for a mobile device or a multi-chain restaurant, we have a solution for you. All of our solutions are modular, meaning you can add Ecommerce, different terminals, include software, gift card programs and loyalty programs – creating a true omni-channel payment solution. Or, we can keep it really simple – one terminal so your customers can pay the way they want – VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Union Pay, AliPay, WeChat Pay, G-Pay, Apple Pay and Debit/Interac. We help turn your staff into payment heroes.

Accepting payments has never been more complicated and the ways you get paid are as varied as your customers. We are here to help Keep It Simple. We can help you with a single terminal or a variety of payment solutions to meet your business’ individual needs.

Do your customers want to pay online? Are you looking to clear out extra inventory? Have you always wanted to start an online store or add online options to your existing instore solutions?

We offer a couple of different options: 1) We do the layout and work for you and can set up a store ranging from up to 100 items to unlimited items, starting at $50/month; or 2) We give you access to a simple site builder where you can set up the online store yourself.

One such solution, whether its a pandemic, juggling a life/work balance, or keeping track of employees and sales, we have come to depend on our phones. We use them for everything in our businesses – from communications, marketing, calendar events, emails – and now payments. More than just keeping track of how your businesses is doing at any given point in time, the Clover Go App now allows you take payments through your phone. Its like have the Clover Dashboard and the Virtual terminal in the palm of your hand. Keep up to date and now make sales with the Clover Go App.

KIS Payments can help you set up a Clover Merchant account that lets you take payments through e-commerce, online virtual terminal, in person and mobile payments and now – on your phone. As a business owner, you’ve got a lot on the go. That’s why Clover is always thinking of new ways to help you streamline your business operations. We’re pleased to announce the launch of the new Clover Go app, making it easier to access the features you need most, from taking payments on the go to checking daily sales and reporting.

The new Clover Go app is available for download from either the Android or Apple app store and gives you quick access to many of the top features from your Clover Dashboard. With the Clover Go app you can take card-not-present payments, issue refunds, review real-time reporting and inventory, manage employees and more. All this from your mobile phone or tablet when you do not have your Clover device with you!

The Clover Go app lets you take card-not-present payments from your mobile phone or tablet so that you never miss a sale when you are on the go.

Simply select “New Sale” on the bottom navigation and select the items your customer wants to purchase. View items as a list, view by categories, or even use the search bar function for easy access. Once you’ve selected all the items you wish to sell, select “Checkout.” The checkout page displays all items on your invoice along with your taxes and order total. From here, you can take your payment. Customers have the option to pay with a credit card or cash and you can send them a receipt by text or email.

Additionally, with the Clover Go app you can apply discounts to orders and conveniently issue refunds if needed. All your transactions and sales are synced with your Clover account and can also be viewed in the app or on your Clover Dashboard.

When you log in to the app, the Clover Go home screen gives you a snapshot of your business’ net sales and transactions for the last 7 days, including daily sales, refunds, discounts issued, and any open orders on your account. The home screen also displays your top selling employees and their total sales for the last 7 days, as well as your top selling items by net sales.

The data presented on your home screen is permissions based, so if you have multiple employees accessing the app, you can easily change what they are able to view by changing your settings.

The bottom navigation menu helps you easily toggle between making a new sale, viewing your orders, and “More” where you can access more options for managing your employees, inventory, in-depth reporting, your close out and batch history, help, and account settings.

With the Clover Go app, you have convenient access to in-depth and real-time reporting so that you always know how your business is doing, wherever you might be. With the Reporting function you can see your sales overview, and even filter by date range, order or tender types, employees and more. The function also gives you the ability to view detailed reports on your best-selling items and top performing employees to help you gain insights so you can continue growing your business. With the app you can also conveniently view your monthly statements, daily batches and closing details.

Keep your employee information up to date with the Clover Go app. Get an overview of all your employees in one place, including employee shifts, your top performers, and their net sales. And, with the Employees feature you can easily add new employees or update information such as contact details, roles and permissions for your existing staff. All changes made will automatically sync with your Clover account and are visible through the Clover Dashboard.
